START SEEDS OUTDOORS
In spring, once weather is warm and settled and night temperatures stay securely above 55°F (13°C), plant seeds in well-worked, fertile soil in full sun. Poke seeds in 1 inch deep and 4 to 6 inches apart. Plant in a block of 4 side-by-side rows, each row at least 1 foot apart. Thin seedlings to 1 foot apart when several inches tall. Rare Holland Rainbow Rose Flower Seeds

Fossil evidence shows that roses have existed since prehistoric times. The first cultivated roses appeared in Asian gardens more than 5,000 years ago. How to plant the rose seeds:
Note: Before sowing, need to be dealt with laminated sprouting for about 30-50 days.

One: Laminated sprouting
It is better to do this in the winter, because it needs low temperature ( lower than 5℃). Soak the seeds in the water mixed with gibberellin for 48 hours. Then mix the seeds with wet sand( wet sand can be into groups in your hand, but should be powder without your hands), seed:sand=1:3. After that, put them in the low temperature for 30-50 days.(You can put them in your refrigerator)

Two: Sowing
Before sowing, wet the soil first, then plant the seeds in the soil. Covering 1-1.5 cm soil on the seeds. The best temperature is 20℃.

Three: After sowing
Don’t need to water it frequently, but keep the soil wet please.( Just wet, can’t be covered with water in it) Usually it takes about 15 days for germination.

After blooming has finished for the season leave the foliage in place; don’t cut it off. The leaves will gather sunlight, create food through photosynthesis and strengthen the bulb for the future. Water as needed during active growth periods; about 1″ of moisture per week is a good estimate.
By the early summer the leaves will yellow and die back. The dried foliage may be removed at this point. Your bulbs will rest until next spring when they’ll beginning the next growing cycle. When leaves are absent and the bulbs are dormant, withhold water.
